A Hard Transition

After a very nice stay in Florida for 6 weeks...we enjoyed scenes like these Pelicans.  Not to mention the awesome weather...and lots of sunshine.

      Now we are back in Pa. and snow is still on the trees and ground and we are waiting for more of the white stuff to fall from the sky and give us another 4-8 inches.   Yep...I am complaining...this is one winter we will remember.  Spring is on my mind big time...it can't come soon enough!

Just Sitting

Country Sky

  The sky was the motivation for this shot!  Love the formation of the clouds n the beautiful blue color. The dried up corn stalks are ready to be cut. It was a bumper crop this year.

Shooting in RAW

 
 Just playing around with my picture format. These were all shot in RAW...now I just have to figure out how to convert them so I can edit them..... I think it's a better quality. Lot to learn still!!! I used my new 55mm lens too...it's great in low light

Bike Ride anyone?

                                             If you live in S.Central Pa. and are looking for a place to ride your bike, this
is the the place to go. This historic site is now the Heritage  Rail Trail County Park of York Pa. and it goes on for 21 miles. It connects the historic district of downtown York Pa. with Maryland's northern central rail trail while traveling through 11different municipalities. A very interesting day trip for the entire family
