Peace in the Valley

This is straight out of the camera and my view during the drive to my Daughters house. This is such a tranquil shot n depicts rural/country life!  Living in South Central Pa.  this is a very common scene! I had to go to my archives for this one...it was taken two  years ago with my cannon point n shoot!

Loving all of the green grass -- it compliments the red barn so nicely!

Thanks so much for sharing with us at Rural Thursdays.

gorgeous shot! canons are the best cameras, i want another! my twins broke my really good one a few years back and i hinted about a new one for my bday and ended up with a kodak....hints apparently don't work, next time i'll be direct!

I'm guessing all that green is covered in white today. Thanks for choosing to show us the earlier shot, as it holds promise for the days to come.

I love the winding gravel road. What a neat place with a lot of different sized buildings. And I am so ready for green...

How lucky you are. My daughter attended Gettysburg College and I used to love my drives out there with such scenes.
